Lauren Ellis, Founder and Principal

As an experienced school and network senior leader, Lauren has facilitated individual and organizational growth through system design, capacity building, and relationship management. With experience in public schools, charter schools, and nonprofit organizations Lauren has driven results using data and coaching. She is passionate about creating schools and organizations that are equitable and excellent for all that walk through their doors. Lauren holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from The George Washington University.

When she’s not working you can find Lauren throwing parties, moving her body through paddleboarding, hiking, and lifting weights, defending her title as “favorite auntie”, and collecting stamps in her passport. She has two spoiled cats who are often just out of sight on Zoom calls.
